I think its great. I have the "belt" type that goes around the tank in my truck, and it actually does work. It will melt the ice on the windshield when sprayed. The nice thing about the GM wipers too is that the sprayer is on the wiper arm, so its much closer, much more powerful and acts great. Live in a nothern state with a lot of snow / ice / salt on the roads, its a great factory option.

Somewhat like what I have only mine is like a wrap for the tank (kind of like a heated seat element) and this one goes inside the tank.

Don't forget that this system isn't going on a civic or an econobox. Its going on a more luxury-oriented car where you pay to not do little things.
I'm surprised this isn't on Lexus, Infiniti, BMW, etc. cars.
