the car was totalled
11,000 in damage most of that was goin to be labor fees
and since the price of the car was 18grand
they felt no need to fix it the insurance paid it off and left me with a $311.75 payment
and that was it i lost $4,000 down payment

it was drizzling and i was haulin *** well not realyy but pickin up speed i wasnt racing though
i was bein followed by my friends and they saw the whole thing. i was cut off and i hit the brakes
my car swerved and i couldnt control it it swerved on to oncoming traffic and swervered back into the right lane went in the ditch for about 5 seconds than slammed into a tree

Drive slow in the rain it'll save your life and others. You should count yourself lucky that you didnt get yourself or anyone else killed.

Not to mention there are alot of idoits out there that can't drive. Did you happen to get the plate of the guy who cut you off?

Dang man, you guys need to calm down, especially in the rain.

Sorry about your ride... wow... talk about "the end." Well, you were definitely okay cuz you were in a Civic. But geez... be more careful. You survived and that's great, and I'm glad no one else was hurt or involved.

EDIT: And since you are getting a faster car, that means you've gotta be more responsible... cuz I'm sure insurance on an Si is higher cuz it's a small sports coupe. Be careful next time.

maybe it's just me, but it doesn't look like the air bags went off. did they? if they didn't, and it was that bad, you could probably get something from honda motor corp. i bet they'd like to settle out of court for that.

Sorry about the car, but it's just a car. Your safety is more important. Maybe this is a good wakeup call for you and for all of us. We talk about street racing and driving fast like nothing will ever happen. Well, stuff will happen. Cars will get wrecked, and eventually people may get hurt or even die. So let's all be a little more safe. We will still look cool.
