you HAVE to be able to remove the catalytic converter, its a servicable part. thats like honda gluing in the air filter.

You can remove the cat, but you'll be removing the cat AND downpipe together because they are welded together. So if you wanted a test pipe, it would be the length of your down pipe and catalytic convertor which is rougly 4ft.

hehe...yeah you can remove the cat..if your ready to pay the fines that go along with it...and if u wanna pollute the air some here...(well here in Houston its already bad enough)
