when shifting...
When ure racing and ure changing gears are u suppose to let off the gas and press in the clutch like normal or just press the cluth in when ure redlinging and keep ure foot on the gass, change gears, then let off the clutch? JW

thats what you call powershifting. people do this is shave a 10th or so off theit ETs, but its REALLY bad for toyr transmission (especially the synchros). Unless you like remeshing your tranny, Id suggest you just practice shifting real fast without staying on the power between shifts.
fast shifting is a racing technique and skill.......... normal use of it
will damage ur tranny and gears...... over time ur gears will not catch so
easily..........
Powershifting is also the same........... but worst on tranny and clutch and gears.
