u can start simple with intake, exhaust, hyper white lights.... etc.....
or u can start big with....... headunit, rims, subs........

I started off with intake..... than i got rims =)

i have a lot of stuff like a 1500 watt sytem with xtant and jl amps with 2 w6's and alpine 7873 head unit 2 black lights on celing and illegal custom made pure blue head lights and custom made pure blue fog lights chrome pedals but i have no clue when it comes to engine and making a car faster so i need help and advice and alll that!

youre not gonna be able to make your civic much faster without nitrous. intake/headers/exhaust dont do much except empty your wallet and gas tank

do the simple stuff first, i did exhaust first, then do intake, header, and whatever else floats your boat

I would have to agree with chron. Get rims first. They make the biggest visual difference.
