no! your rearanging it. thats the easiest way to explain. tell me how new you are to your civic. or to honda. i'm not being mean, just trying to help you out. you are not loosing torque just moving it around. the best thing to do is make it easier on your engine to put as much power as it can to the wheels. lightweight flywheel, underdrive pulleys and some other things. torque on a honda is hard. they aren't really meant for that. there meant to eat higher rpms. i'm not saying its not possible but don't worry about your torque as much. if you raise hp or torque the other will follow. personally i think hondas have crappy torque, but great hp per liter. its the best. go on that.
