Interference between car alarm and remote starter?

Interference between car alarm and remote starter? Does anyone know if there will be a problem ADDING on an alarm when right now there's a remote starter installed? 
The only problem I can see if if obviously I start the car without disarming the alarm first, but other than that I can't see what else could go wrong.... comments???
