Can you visually tell apart the difference between a 99 civic ex and 99 civic si? Besides the Si emblem on the *** of the car.

yes, the rims and it only came in a special red, electron blue and black.

yes ofcourse. Different (and painted) underbody spoiler kit, mesh black front grill, stock 7-spoke alloys, dohc vtec stickers, and some other things. It's very obvious especially side by side. The si looks so much better. I wouldn't change a thing on it.

if they were stock, yeah, they mentioned the quick and easy tells.

of course, if I can keep up with it, its a Ex, if it leaves me a lot, its an Si, but then again, stock Si's are very rare here.

Grill, rims, badge, dohc VTEC sticker, and any time you see a blue one it is an Si (unless some ricer painted his EX). There also were silver Si's (SiR's) in Canada.

ya dude, the b16a is SO much better than the d16, the Si in total is a way better car, and looks alot better thanks to the lips, grill, and sexy 7 spoke wheels. it also has a nicer exhaust tip, and a better stance. I dunno about the USA, but here in canada the SiR and Si's ( the USDM Si/EX) have the same tail lights, red top with white bottem.

painted side skirts.. exhuast tip, front lip, lower, different front grill, dohc vtec sticker.. rear might be different? hard to tell the diffrence between a wannabe Si though..
