Side Window Shattered

This is my first post - great site I really learned alot.
Anyways I was drinving home tonight and my drivers side window shattered all over me, I'm quite sure nothing hit the window and I was wondering has this happened to anyone else? Should I go through my honda dealer or just go to a window replacement company - any comments appreciated
thanks, chris

WHAT??? Hasn't happened to me! Sounds like something in your door might be putting excess pressure on the window and it finally gave way! dont know for sure but something had to have forced it to shatter! Windows dont just randomly shatter! Unless you drove by the opera hall and a lady sang so freakin loud and high that it shattered it! J/K!

well since glass can be broken relatively easily i doubt honda is gonna vouch for fixing it for you for free! Yeah i think an auto glass company is gonna be your best bet!

I wonder what hit that... it shattered?

Yeah, a glass place will have to do it. Automotive glass specifically.
