yeah, im a landlord. ive got a two family (3 bdrms on each side) house in manchester, ct. I took one room, and let 5 friends fill the rest. it sucks! i charge them way too cheap, and they have wild loud parties twice a week, every week. never ever let ur friends rent from you.
