I know this is a no-no, I hate it when people do this too. But this is pretty urgent, so I thought I'd post here too, us EL bruthah's gotta stick together, right?

Here's the thread:

Fuqqer, ha ha. Check the starter, and are you sure the fuel pump is running?

Turn the key to the ON (II) position and listen for a slight hum. I doubt it's the fuel pump though, I'm betting on the starter like everyone else on the other thread says.

I wish it was just the battery, but we tried jumping it yesterday afternoon and it didn't help any. It's at the Acura dealer right now, got it towed there this morning. They can't look at it today because they're "too busy" but they did provided a loaner, another EL, so at least there's a car to use again.

Got a call from the dealer, I guess they had time to look at the car afterall. Turns out it was infact a dead battery, they put a new one in and it started right up. I just can't figure out why a not-even-year-old battery died like that, oh well
Anyways Telly, you can lock this and the other one now if you wish. Thanks to everyone for giving their opinion
