shift knob?
i got a civic 2001 EX coupe automatic... the shifting now seems 2 be stiff and hard... from like when i shift it from parking to drive or any... but when i am on the road driving... shifting from drive 2 neutral its softer little bit... i am sure i brake hard enough and press the button on the shift **** when i shift... umm any ideas if my theres something wrong with my shift ****? .... help plz thanks!

why are you shifting around anyway with a automatic? You should only need to use drive and reverse. it isnt a manual so those are the only 2 gears you need to use. You shouldnt even use the neutral gear. Whenever you are stopped, you should be in park. But if it feels hard, change your tranny fluid, it should then shift into gears smoother.
Yeah could be dirty or insufficient tranny fluid, or maybe if you were parking on a hill, you didnt use the parking brake and the weight of the car put all the pressure on the tranny, making it hard to **** out of park when you leave.
