stock springs reinstalation

how hard is it to put stock springs back on the stock struts? im selling my car and i want to take off the coilovers but im not really looking forward to doing this... any suggestions or hints and insight?

Well if you dont want to do it, just have a shop do it. Unless you want to save money. But it shouldnt be hard at all. It is the same whether you put on lowering springs or stock springs.
