clearing '04 headlights?

clearing '04 headlights?
hey, i was wondering if anyone knows how to remove/disassemble the '04 headlight assembly and if it is possible to clear the small orange reflector. if it wasnt for that reflector, replacing the bulbs would make the turn signals completely clear.
