Angry DAMN HAIL!!!! Dentmenders?

Damn f-cked up Wisconsin weather!!!

Month-old LX, and the damn hail pounds every top surface on my ride.

So it's off to the insurance agent first thing in the morning, and off to get quotes after that...the dealer recommended a Dent Menders PDR place...anybody else had medium-sized hail damage repaired by PDR? Is it really invisible after it's fixed?

I feel your pain. We got golf ball size hail a few years ago; rare for New England. I went to a place that fixed the dents perfect... and I am fussy. It wasn't Dent Menders but somthing like that.

but he's already got fresh paint - fresh factory paint, the best kind!

I've had my hail damage fixed with PDR, and you can't tell at all. The best part? They had it done in TWO HOURS. That was a Dent Doctor.

hail sucks something awful, espically when you get to watch as your car is being beaten.

Hail...

No doubt...I had to watch it happen.

I got hit over by La Crosse, and when I called my insurance company in Madison the next morning all I had to say was "hail" and they said, "let me guess, La Crosse, yesterday?" Turns out they had 300 claims in under 30 minutes.

The good news is that the place the dealer recommended for PDR is the place my insurance company loves to deal with; talk about luck.

hail sucks adn in Texas we had it a few times and my car was damaged pretty bad. Going to the insurance company with that claim can make your insurance go up just FYI. I had mine fixed by a paintless dent repair place and they did a wonderful job. But now my CF hood and new fenders are on the way.

Not too bad....

I don't think it's too bad...the only one that is seriously noticeable is one on the roof. The rest all have to be seen in bright light looking at the same level as the hood or trunk to be noticed.

It turns out that a co-worker's husband runs the body shop I'm headed to, so things should be ok (I hope). That shop also works well with my insurance agency, so it looks like I've really lucked out so far in this mess.

There are so many claims from this storm that I can't even get in with the insurance adjuster until late next week.
