car towed

one of my friends cousins has a old *** chevy truck and i heard that he was in a parking lot smoking his tires and a cop caught him and they towed his car to the impound and gave him a huge fine btw this was in cali and i told my friend r u serious and he said yeah anyways later i asked my uncle whos a cop and he said yeah because it threatens other peoples lives lol and a whole bunch of reasons he said if people r around when u do it they can count it as a misdeamor

i did that in my moms z71 and i ended busting the windows out of a chevy malibu and the cops came to my house and wrote me a ticket. luckly i got it fixed.

many years ago, a friend of mine burned out in the street (it was raining) and the cop gave a ticket for exhibition of speed. expensive ticket it was, let me tell you.
