I'm thinking of it but there no mount's for my old beast of a COMPAQ.
I'm thinking the bolt under the passenger seat could be usfull for this and the same side under the dash there's metal and where the glove comp.
I have 5 spd so it's cant really swivel or anything it'll hit the shifter.
ANY Ideals would be GOOD.

what do you need it for? Are you running major mods in your engine and want to monitor it, or do you want it just for looks to make people think you have mods, or do you want to just have the computer in your car for when you get bored at traffic lights?
i think a good spot would be placing the labtop under the pasenger seat or drivers seat and have the wiring done UNDER the floormat/carpet. so when your waiting for your date, killing time, etc etc. just pop it right out and do surf away. btw is their gonna be internet connection to it?
I think the coolest setup would be to have a desktop computer in your trunk (for displaying). Run a wireless keyboard that you can keep in your glovebox, and have an LCD screen that flips UP from the dashboard, right behind the steering wheel. That would be pimp.
Well for now it's an extention of my lil network from home ( wireless G packige) but I use it to tream audio and vid's I've got a AIWA deck with aux in the front and it's loaded with MP3's some vid's. When we do meet's and the camera is full down it to the puter and keep going you know and no for now not for the engine I have no wiring set up for that YET! just wanting Ideas for mounting the dame thing to under the dash or something what do you guys think.
www.mp3car.com has great info
I've got wireless too "a,b,g" capabilaty.
