My 2003 Dx Burned to the ground! Why?

i went to the doctors office cause i was caughing up blood, and my alarm kept going off, so when i went outside to turn it off, i saw the inside was filled with smoke and then flames started coming out, so i yelled at everybody to move their cars, and then it like erupted. when the fire department came the gas tank blew, and the rest is history... i just came from where the car is now parked so let me get the pics off of the new camera
how the hell did that happen?

Rep Power: 0 ya i wired my own system but that was 9 months ago a day after i bought my car. and i used to work at a stereo shop so it wasnt that, besides the wooden box that the subs are in is still in tact only the sub cones burned

if it was wiring.... but i will tell you this, before it erupted in flames and it was just smoking, the vapor canister for the gas tank(the large black plastic cylinder that sits next to the gas tank) fell onto the ground and the end of the hose was on fire

ya i am going to the army, so if it is a japanese car i am gonna buy it in japan, while i am stationed in germany. if i buy a bmw i will buy it in germany. but iwas trying to find something that is nice and fast for under 30000 thousand.

Rep Power: 0 ya man i am pretty calm about it i mean, getting angry about it doesnt help anybody. and i cant change it. i am glad that nobody got hurt and nobody else was affected by it physically. My gf before last really taught me to be calm and analyze things before yelling, she is like my little hero...
but here is some food for thought here guys... that building i was parked at cuaght on fire five years ago. and yesterday(when my car burned down) was the anniversarry of the day it caught on fire

Rep Power: 0 oh and thanks for the pat on the back about the army, i am just one of those guys i guess... but i am going in to be a medical health care specialist, so i will more than likely be bandaging guys up instead of blowing them up.

Rep Power: 311 Unless someone fcked your shinzet up - my guess was that it had something to do with the fuel system / pump maybe...there really isn't a whole lot running to the rear end of the car (wiring wise) which could do that unless it shorted out.....hmmm..
