Ground Clearance for body kit...amma gonna hava any?
Ok...I run on 16" wheels wrapped in 45's and I've had then along side 17' with 40's and they're pretty damn close to being even.
Question is....
If I put a full body kit on my car will I have any clearance?
anyone try this before.....

well, it depends on what kind of drop and what kit you are getting. some kits like the tsunami are almost exactly as close to the ground as the oem bumper, while others like my Bomex are alot lower.

those are kinda low. to give you an idea, im on neuspeed race springs and have the bomex front which leaves me about 4" off the ground in the front. now you are a good .75" higher witht he springs and i would guess that bumper is about another $.5-1" higher than my bomex, so if i had to guess i would say would would be around 5.25-5.75" off the ground in the front. that is plenty enough room
it depends. i have xenon sides and they are like 3 inches off the grounf... i scrape everything. my front bumper though it higher then the side skirts and i rarely scrape that with about a 2 inch drop. it all depends

i actually never scrape my sides. it is always my front that gets scraped coming out of drives and parking lots with big inclines.

Problem solved. I just went out and bought a bigger set of wheels and tires. Going to get them installed today before the kit goes on next week.
