Maybe an Si/SiR??? not sure though...
A stock Civic...EX...Si...SiR...does not make enough horsepower to go 135...too much drag. I don't care what pics you wanna try to post--have me ride along wit ya and prove it. I have had 3 different Civic EXs (new ones) and none of them would do over 125.

My EX 5speed went 130 ish once, but if you guys go back to the begining of this thread, You'll see it's been agreed on that the speedos aren't that accurate at that high of speeds. And also, Honda is known to have some "strong runners." Or rather some of their engines may have more than 127 hp (crank) while others have only 127 or maybe even less. Not every engine and speedo and speed sensing unit is exactly the same. SO if you want to prove these high speeds, post a radar picture, or the ticket that came with it.

doesn't matter. if you haven't removed the speed governor, you'll never get above 130-ish.
and by not stock, you mean your intake and exhaust?

it doesn't matter if he isn't stock. and remember, by stock, he means intake and exhaust.
a civic, stock or not, will not go over about 130-ish, due to the speed governor. unless you get your speed governor removed, that's simply the best you'll do, no matter how much hp you're pushing.

since the civic comes with H-rated tires from the factory, it must be governed around the 130-135mph mark. that's federal DOT law. period. end of story. if anyone tells you otherwise, take a running start, and kick them in the nuts.

i'm not sure when the law was put in effect. do you happen to know what rating came on the oem tires of a 92-95 civic?
