Arrow Right hand drive manual

Hey everyone, LiL Poot here. I've been wondering this for awhile now, in a right hand drive car with a manual tranny, are the gears in the same place as a left hand drive (left to right shifting), or does it reverse it (right to left shifting)? Thanks alot everyone!

Gears stay in the same place, you just upshift towards you instead of away.

If the car is a right-hand driver, the gears are in the same exact line-up as they would be as a left-hand driver, I drove a '96 Sylvia Right-Hand Drive Stick, and the gears are the same...first gear is on the top-left (just like it is here)...It takes quite a bit of adjustment, but after a while, your brain recognizes that its the same exact thing, just on the opposite side...
