Has anymone else in had their airbags stolen? I was told it was a big money maker in the GTA when i filed my report....... btw i hope whoever did it get stabbed by a biker.

Mine were stolen in my old car, it sucks big time...but, they really aren't that much of a money maker, because (like anything on the black market) people are suspicious of these types of products, and where they have been. Its a small money maker for the criminal, like stealing stereos, but it costs you (the driver) about twice as much to get them replaced...sorry that happened to you...but your not the only one...

rumor has it that small corner garages pick them up and sell them for a better amt, so if the guy from the garage gets it himself hes got some profit to make, plus you cant realy trace an airbag can you? i've never looked too closely at them and i dont think theres any #'s on it
