However, the V6 engine is an extremely rare find. Very few were made. By the way, the V6 that Mazda made for it is the smallest V6 ever produced.
Ok thanks for clearing that up...good info, but i still think the civic looks better

As hard as stock stereos beat, they don't compare a chance to nice aftermarkets, my cousin's 2003 Acura CL comes with 8 bose speakers, doesn't stand a chance against mine in clarity or bass....stock is still paper...even my bro's Lexus SC400 Nakamichi speakers are made of paper.

Like at school people are always saying "Oh you want to race me in your little Civic, I'll show you up" and im like hello its a stock Civic! And i'll just be driving along and camero's and mustang gt's will reve at me, like I think I have a chance... it's really irritating how people assume everyone with a Civic thinks it's fast...
There's 2 big reasons. First and foremost are the ricers... These are the people that think their muffler tip adds 30hp. This is just something you deal with when you buy a civic. All you can do is be tasteful with what you do to your car and hope you dont get lumped in with them.

Second is that people who drive mustangs and camaros are d*cks. They're wannabees. We didn't buy our cars to be fast, so when they aren't it's no big deal. Guys who buy mustangs to be fast are upset to find that they aren't. So they seek out 17 yr olds in economy cars to race because that's the only cars they can beat, which in their mind justifies the money they pay in insurance every year for their overpriced, gas guzzling, "sports car" that in reality isn't.

One day we'll all be able to afford corvettes and we'll teach these mustang drving punks to pick on someone their own size. Heck, if we could even afford a nice Sentra we could teach them a lesson! LOl!

I get revved on pretty much every couple days by some punk in anything from a 96 vic to an old 5.0. I never race anymore, so I just turn up the system and cup my hand to my ear, mouthing "WHAT?!?!?!". Funny to see their faces when their rearview mirrors are rattling and their revs go unheeded. I just try not to laugh too hard, cos several times I've stalled coming off the light after doing that....LOL.

With enough $$$ you can make any car fast Civic or not. I have seen Civics (heavliy modified of course) take out corvettes on the track both autocross and drag strip.

However, I cannot say what kind of skill the Corvette driver had.
