Now this is a swap
this would be an awesome engine swap to do. you would have to probally put the engine sideways to keep FWD, but think how awesome this would be. you would probally have to custom fit it. anyone interested in trying out the swap?

wow...i definitely think that's like twice the size of our engine bay. And it's not $7k...its a starting bid of $7k with 5 days left. I'm going to go for the TSX K24 when I do a swap. Hopefully someone here will have figured it out by then

That engine would weigh so much that the car would not be able to handle even if it could fit in. Not to mension there would be so much wheelspin that the car would not get any traction. But on the other hand, how damn funny would it be to hear that civic start up. Haha i can never imagine that muscle car growl out of an economy car lol.

If you had the money, you could get rid of your

back seats and change your car to a mid-engine

rear wheel drive V-10 Civic.

If I was going with a F1-engine I'd go with the 1986 V-6 which were 2 turbocharged 2 liter engines that put out over 1200 HP....Modern F1 engines produce less power because they toned them down for safety issues, but their's no limit to the suspension technology which is why they're getting faster lap times then ever before now.
