What would happen...
1. If from a stop you turned the wheel all the way and the floored it, keeping both the wheel turned all the way and the gas mashed down?
2. If you were going 90 or 100 and then somehow forced the wheel to turn all the way to it's farthest point?
Would either of those flip you?
Just curious.

Nither would.
you'd have to slid side ways in to something like a curb(you'd more then likely just schear off the suspension) or slid sideways in to some dirt or sand.
Go autocrossing, You'll learn all sorts of things about your car.
the first one would just spin the tires, and possibly damage the universal joint on you're axels.
the second would just show you an Extream case of understeer.

Very difficult to flip over a car. At least ours.
The first you'll spin the tires, and also get some torque steer. Hmm, but damage the universal joint? Dunno.
The second is exactly what zzyzx said; not going to be turning in some crazy way.
