2000 SIR that doesn’t run value?

My son has a 2000 SIR that does not run. It has sat in my driveway tarped for 3 years. It has no compression in all 4 cylinders. The body is in good shape with no rust. There has been no major modifications to it. The interior is in good shape as well. The car is black with grey cloth seats. We want to sell it as is, but have no idea what we should ask for it. If anyone would like to provide their opinion it would be much appreciated or if you may be interested in purchasing it.
