i heard the 2000+ celicas have mad transmission/shifting problems.

yea, if you are an idiot who cant shift a 6 spd. the only "problems" thay have had is with all the 16 yo mommas boys that got a 6spd close ratio GST for their first car. they then proceed to misshift and blow the engine. not toyotas fault, except marketing which targeted these dumbass kids.
