first car HELP
I am looking for a first car but i want it to be my project daily and i found this civic for 450 it doesn't start and it doesn't have a steering wheel but I wanted to add a new one any way.
Do you think I should buy it?

Re: first car HELP
You’d typically want to start with a car that already works and just doing routine maintenance until you’re more comfortable. A non-running car is jumping into the deep end.

Re: first car HELP
what i see is people that thinks owning a car is freedom.
well, it might be until it starts to cause issues.
stop before it turns into a bottomless money pit. Just know when to give up.
Many fall into this. Having a car is good until it starts having issues one after the other.
Maintaining a car costs money. Not spending enough to maintain it costs even more

Re: first car HELP
There is a user on this forum that is repairing his car because he didn't have the money to buy a running car. He's into it now for more than it would cost to simply get a different car, and it's still not working properly.
Good deals pop up. You just need to be patient.
