How Much Is My Dad’s Car Worth?

My dad bought a brand new black 2000 EM1 Civic SI from the dealership back in the day. He was in the military for 22 years and had daily drivers so he never really drove the car too much. It has 13,XXX miles, driven in rain once, never in snow, garage kept. Exterior and interior are almost perfect condition. Has stock motor and only a couple of bolt ons that can be reversed easily since he has all the OEM parts he took off. It’s on the OEM wheels, interior is all OEM, the car is rust free. My dad loves his EM1, but now that I have an evo and my younger brother has a WRX, he’s really been wanting a turbo car and asked me if he should sell his Civic to get one. Just curious on how much it would be worth. Wish I had pictures to attach.

**** man, there have been some low mileage em1's that went for money man. There was one with 5800 on the clock that went for 50k. I don't want you to get overly optimistic that you can fetch that kinda price for an em1.

It's really about if you can find a buyer at those prices tho. Blue book value, assuming excellent condition is around $5500-6000.
