Hey y'all long time subscriber but I don't think I've ever posted I mainly browse, read, learn and in some cases drool (HAHA).
I've recently bought a 99 civic DX crazy cheap with some crazy low miles (84K) but after working on the motor with some fuel and idle issues and bringing her to a running state I'm ready to tackle some rust issue I'm a little mechanically inclined but I don't know jack about body work and my brother says to junk it and I refuse not for a little rust.
I've got some rust in the trunk area which leaks some serious water and it is rainy season here in FL so I need to get to this pronto! I guess it had been like this for a while and when I got the car (it was a sentimental buy) I didn't notice and even the spare tire dip in the back is has a small hole of rust but I think for the most part it's salvageable.
Anyways quick to the point anyone know how I could fix this or a youtube video or something that could guide me to restore this little gem in the rough?
What do u all think? any advice?
Thanks in advance.

since this is a question, not a ho-to-do article, thread have been moved out of the DIY section.
concerning your rust, the bigger one will require cut and weld at the minimum.
