Better shifting

What are the best ways, or some recommendations on how to improve the shifting on a 07 civic si? Clutch pedal "clicks" at times when pressing down, is it time for a new clutch master cylinder? Thanks in advance.

As for improving shifting, good fluid makes all the difference.

Lubricate the clutch pedal linkage and change the trans fluid. Only use Honda manual fluid
