So I replaced my clutch and pressure plate and adjusted the clutch pedal but now I can barely get the car in and out of gear. First and reverse are the worst to to get into. Anyone have and tips or know what I'm going through?

Unadjust the clutch pedal, whatever was done there probably was not necessary unless the master cylinder was replaced. Adjust to the free play spec in the service manual. Incorrect adjustment either way can cause low pedal.

Did YOU do this clutch replacement yourself DIY, or did you have someone else do the work, or did you pay a shop to do it? OE clutch parts used?

If the hydraulic line between the clutch master and slave cylinders was opened instead of just unbolting the slave from the trans, there's a good chance air is still trapped and needs bled out. Bleeding can be tricky.

I replaced it myself. Then when I started having problems the first time i bled it and adjusted the pedal.

Is it possible you adjusted the clutch to the point that it is not fully releasing the transmission form the engine while shifting?

Also check your slave cylinder fork (or whatever that thing that moves the throughout bearing is called). If it is bent or cracked it won't be able to shift the transmission into neutral.
