Re: Need answers ASAP on buying a 9th gen
Lots of results if you Google that.
The car comes with a 5 year/60,000 mile warranty, it is 6 years old and has 71,000 miles. You are already out of warranty so that won't matter. A dealer may refuse work if they realize the ECU has been tuned, but you could always flash back to the original calibration before going.
You should have no issues daily driving that vehicle.

Re: Need answers ASAP on buying a 9th gen
Depends. If the car just received a Hondata reflash the ECU has to be sent to Hondata to return to stock. If Flashpro was used I think the calibration can be locked, to unlock it would require the Flashpro adapter from the original owner along with the password.
Hondata also has their own forum where you can ask. Everything I've said is based on about 10 minutes of Google searching.

Re: Need answers ASAP on buying a 9th gen
Went to look at it and had a test drive and walked out.The car had a weird noise at startup sounded like a bad throw out bearing and the shifter felt rock solid.Im not sure if Honda shifters feel like short shifter because it felt like you had to force it into gear compared to my g35 where the shifter goes into gear like butter.Other than that the car looked amazing and I felled in love and will definitely will be picking up a 9th gen this year or next year thank you

That noise may have been clutch chatter if it had an upgraded clutch. Upgraded pulleys could make it sound odd also.
I probably would have walked away also. I prefer none modded cars. Even though someone could have removed all those mods and you would have no way of really telling...ignorance is bliss.

Judging by the fact that the car had mods it probably had a short throw shifter installed. It's a popular relatively cheap mod. Honda's are generally on the softer side.
