Trying to understand the pros/cons of 9th gen Civic (non Si).

I drove a couple 9th gen Civics and like them a lot. Looking at something like a 60k miles used EX-L. The handling, ride, comfort, and good looks factor in. At mile high altitude where I live the engine hp (like all other non turbo cars) is greatly decreased, but still would be fine. I read the whole forum reading posts that started with "2013" to "2015" to see what are the things to look out before and after or buying one. I did not see a sticky thread with all that information. Can you please help fill out this list? About all I found/remember was:

1. A/C can be weak in hot areas. Anyone in hot area do you experience this?
2. Change transmission oil with Honda oil only
3. Change engine oil often to avoid timing chain stretch. Be careful to use an oil that meets specs
4. Rotate tires to avoid ride issues (couple people had this)
5. Couple posts on CVT intermittent noise issues at over 100km/hour, that is was a known issue to Honda. Anyone have this?

So, what other things should I know before buying?
