Purchasing 2016 civic LX - is this normal ?

So I already have a deposit down on a 2016 civic lx with 50,000kms at a non honda dealer.

I noticed when I drove the car that there was no rpm gauge, which at the time I found rather odd but figured it was normal for these cars.

Once I got home, I relized that all the LXs online have an RPM gauge.

I attached a photo below. Is this normal? When I drive the speed changes but no rpms are seen anywhere.

If its not normal im sure the dealer would fix it.

Thanks for help!
