hey all,

im just wondering if there are any forms or anything that i can fill out to get reimbursed for car damage due to the construction in MA, particularly by the entrance to 93 in boston. i know there was something for similar damage from potholes in NYC, but im just wondering if boston has the same thing.

does anyone know or has had experience with getting $$ from the city?

Don't quote me, but I believe if it's a town road and it was caused by road work, in theory they are supposed to reimburse you. But on highways, I'm guessing you won't have much of a shot

thanks. i actually found a claim form to file for damages. anyone know where i can get an estimate for fixing bent rims? or should i just give them the cost of the rims as the claimed damage?

i know i know...i would have called if i had any time, but i was helping a friend move into his new apt. and thats what we were doing the whole weekend. i had no time to hang out at all, thats why i didnt even mention anything on the forums. :-/
