I have a question related to understanding the Rim numbers stamped into these rims I am considering for winter tires this year on my 2019 Civic LX.
So research on the internet shows the interpretation of these numbers with a random example as: 7J x 16 H2 5/120 Et In this example 7 is the rim width, "J" is the tire bead, 16 is the diameter, H2 is the kind of flange, 5/120 is the bolt pattern, and ET47 is the offset. Simple right?
However, a lot of rims I am looking at do not make it that simple. The ones I own now show the actual stamped numbers as 15 x 6.5 TOPY 2 23 18 B3.2 TR3.
So based on my research the only interpretable pieces of information I have here is they are 15inch diameter rims with a width of 6.5 inch.
Where is the bolt pattern numbers? Where is the off set numbers.?
Now before anyone tells me how to measure these dimensions I have researched that and they do seem to be decent fitment to my vehicle. I have chosen to downsize the rim/tire a little for reason of my own.
This thread is simple asking does anyone know what the actual numbers mean on my rim. It seems to me that bolt patterns and offsets are something one would like to be able to check without taking out any measuring tools.

7th gen cars are completely different, moving to 10th gen section.
Just go to a tire/wheel site like tires rack, input your car information. They will show only wheels that fit your car.
rim size, width that fits your tire of choice and most importantly, the correct off-set (accordingly to the width) will be shown.
those sites have a lot more information that any of us, since they handle a lot of customers while we have a limited number of cars of our own so they know better than any of us

quick google search tells me they were manufactured by TOPY
as far as the other markings, the 2 23 18 might be manufacture date (2/23/2018)
the B3.2, couldn't find anything other than listings with the same markings
TR3 matched Honda OEM part numbers for wheels
also found this manual for TOPY wheels and it has a whole section on rim markings, but none matches the rest of it. However, that manual is for industrial and construction wheels, so that might have something to do with it. lol
