Well, it can't be the 15-16 weekend... thats graduation. So the one after would work, or Memorial Day.... then we could just have a big ol' BBQ party. With the exception of memorial day traffic, thats not a bad weekend... we can just all plan on "vacation" to this little (big) shindig.

alright well let me see what i can do for some initial planning.

again everything will pretty much be your own cost. i can always get burgers and stuff for a cookout lunch one day from sysco, if everyone pitches in. believe it or not, i could probably get 120 1/4 poundburgers and buns for cheap enough that if each person chipped in like $5 we'd be golden.

so we could have people pitch in for that so we can do the cookout on say a saturday lunch. friday would be like a "get together" night so people can checkin to hotels, etc. saturday we'll do some nice driving, plenty of photo ops, hit some awesome country curvy backroads. do a cookout lunch. more driving, etc.

then saturday we can all go to the same place or something for dinner. then sat night hotel partys.

then everyone leaves sunday. sound good?
