Intake Manifold - Question

I inherited a 2000 Honda Civic LX Auto from my grandfather. Someone left the key off the crankshaft and it smoked the original engine. He had someone put another engine in it. It sounded good when I got it, but the cruise control didn't work, and the fuel economy isn't great. I discovered that the vacuum hose from the cruise control unit wasn't plugged in, then I discovered that there wasn't anywhere TO plug it in. No nipple on the manifold. I was able to get the manifold from the other engine and swap it, but my fuel economy is still poor.

My question - I thought all 6genintake manifolds had the cruise control nipple. What did I get?

Re: Intake Manifold - Question

Actually I put the old manifold back on that has the appropriate nipple, but my fuel economy is still poor.
