Good replacement exhaust

Hi all! First, this is my first post, so hi!

I have a question. I've been searching the forums and googling my butt off, and haven't foind a directory answer yet.

I have a 1997 Civic EX sedan, and my muffler is going out.
I want to replace everything behind the headers, but don't know what to get.
I want something new, but as close to stock as possible, and legal here in Texas.

I would try junk yards and such, bit like I said I want it new.
Sound isn't a problem, so if its a bit deeper. That's fine, I just want it close to stock and new.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Re: Good replacement exhaust

I would personally say that the junk yard would be the best option. Since your car is a 97 the dealers wont have the replacement. I would say go with something aftermarket. Andysautosport.com has a ton of nice exhausts so you could. Im not sure whats legal in Texas but i would go for brands like dc sports, Megan racing, Mugan, and greddy.
Since you are going headers back it will be an easy install. Hope this helps, Luke
