I'm sorry, but whatever happened to DC Sports, I thought they made the best headers, or are we going for cost effective, I have a chance to buy some DC Sports for 200 with a downpipe... Should i do it, or should i just buy kamikaze??

I am lost now..

Well, if you want better gains, then go for Kamikaze (over DC). It's said to have 5 more hp gain over DC. At least that's what I keep reading whenever I look for a Kamikaze header.

the DC headers are crap. the piping is smaller or the same size as stock so its pointless to get them. hp or kamikaze is your best choice.

You still use your stock o2 sensors, you just have to extend the wires to one.

I would not recommend the DC Sports, I have it and honestly the car may sound a little better but the 10-14 hp they are claiming is NOT true. I think that HP has a pretty good one and I am not sure if OBX makes one yet but anyone I know that has an OBX on a car is happy w/ them

u know if u guys search u can find a detailed DIY with pictures for an install on a HP 4-1 racing header with "highflow" cat (its just a hollow pipe, not actual cat convertor)

it was installed on a LX.

the guy extended the o2 sensors... swapped in an EX front sway bar.. and installed an EX greddy evo.

he also shaved/cut off quite a chunk of the motor mount.

ya thats what i hear about the HP full header.... i think im going to go with a HP top half and custom downpipe,

DOES ANYONE know if a V-AFC will allow more fuel pressure?? since our cars run everything off the ECU instead of the fuel regulater...

Kamikaze Header

Kamikaze produces the most gains, easier to install, looks better and you dont have to cut up your car. What other choice would you need. I am thinking of having a group buy for the lx/dx with a CAI with it for a really sweet deal, 300.00 or less, what do you think. Email me at bigjoshracing@cs.com

Kamikaze offers huge 1.75 inch primaries, thick 3/8 inch laser cut flanges and 16 guage steel tubes. There are no modifications needed to run these. Dont cut up your car to run a sub standard header, if the comapany cared about your car they would not makes you cut it up. Contact me if you need any more info on kamikaze header or check out my website at bigjoshracing.com

I vouch for this guy, he's was extremely helpful, and is a super fast shipper. The Kamikaze IS hands down the best header! Great gains, and since it replaces the cat, your exhaust sounds louder and meaner! Greatest mod you can do for a small amount of $$, not like the AEM Pulleys

Man, I wish I waited for this deal. I just ordered my CAI and am going to purchase a Kamikaze header. Any chance of selling me a Kamikaze header (for LX) at a sweet deal? I'd be in on the group buy if I can get just the Kamikaze header.

Only problem with other sites is that they SELL the Kamikaze header, but they actually don't have it in stock. You have to wait about 2 weeks before you actually see it because that site will just order it from the company, and once it gets to them, they'll ship it to you. B.J.R. had it in stock and ready to ship.

From what I hear HP headers are the best, but they don't make it for LX/DX. If you have an EX, get the HP header. For us LX/DX guys, it's Kamikaze.
