AEM Pulley Kit

Hey! I was thinking of getting an AEM true power pulley kit. My local tuner shop wants to charge me $200 for the install. AEM says they inclose the instructions to DIY. Has anyone bought the AEM Pulley Kit and actually done it themselves? If you did, how'd it go? And if anyone could send me a copy of the instructions, I'd greatly appreciate it. One last thing, should I go AEM or is there better pulleys out there?

I heard it was giving people slower 1/4 times...

I started a big thread on it. Here I'll find it for you:

Can someone explain how AEM pullies make us *slower*?

Maybe that will help you.

I put on a set as well at my local performance shop. They charged my about 150dollars canadian, freaked out the hell out of me. Thought they were joking, but it is quite of a job. The install was almost as much as the actual aem pulleys. Felt the car pulled a little better at the higher rpm's, overall a good upgrade. I'll try to find the instructions if I still have them in my box. I was another pulley set out that was suppose to be better in gains but I forgot the name.
