Crap, I didn't even order one and I'm curious as hell as to what they look like, but more how they perform.
Did anyone get one yet? They said it would be a few days like 5 days ago.
Haha, you guys who ordered them must be going nuts!

I got an email today from John saying mine was done, and asking for the other half plus shipping. 250.00 +35.00 S/H
I gave em the OK and asked for a tracking number once they shipped it.
They authorized the amount on my card shortly after. I hope they don't lag on shipping it. I'll just keep an eye on my card and see when it actually gets charged. Its a relief just to see something happening.

Wait you are not kidding right?
It allows for more and better air flow to the head; producing more power.

I have a custom intake manifold on my 2k1. I did nt really notice to much gains. Only on the highway in top gears it pulls for a while. Hopefully the people that are getting it have a race header cuz that would really help. I want to see some gains on this so I can see if I should of waited a coulple months. I ve had mine done for about 3 months

I am going to buy one of those gtech thingies to get an idea of what type of gains there will be. I know they are not accurate but at least I know something is happening. After the manifold install I'll finally put on my racing down pipe and eliminate my cat to see if there is a big difference or not. Next thing to get would be a cam. and after that some head work. The manifold should open us up to more gains with those two things.
The design on mine is from a D16 its a focuz intake manifold just customed onto my car. The idle is terrible and the car dies out when you start it unless you have ur foot on the gas. Kinda sux. It s because there is no IAT sensor anymore
just got off the phone with cwick... he went and got his intake manifold and says it looks great! I cant wait for mine... anyway, he's comming down tomorrow so we can install it together! =)

Yup!!! Just got home. John's shop is bad ***!!! He has 3 B18c's and alot of other stuff. The intake looks good, I mean it dosen't look like the Edlebrock, but it looks good. Hopefully Rob and I can get it installed and get some pics up tomorrow. John also said that he likes 7 more to be complete. It shouldn't take long.

Hey man, How come there is not an IAT sensor on yours? I'm glad I got this manifold from KMS so I don't run into any problems like that.

I will prolly find out if it is in an hour or so, the mechanic thinks so. I hope I dont need a new engine.
I cant afford a K series.
My local honda dealer quoted me $5200 for the new engine and install, and thats for another D17A1.
