if i get the DC 4-1 header, do i have to get the downpipe too? is it necessary?

on a d17 they are not to much but on a k20 they give great gains

you dont need a new downpipe. if you did then more power to you. thats another 3 hp gain. basic bolt ons doesnt do much for our motors. dont waste too much money on bolt on mods.

OMG!!!! NOOOOOO do NOT get dc they are TRASH and too damn high!!!!! get a megan/tpro header!!!! they are WAY bigger than stock!!! im putting mine on tomorrow after work! ill post up and let you know how it pulls/sounds/looks/how easy it is to install
