yes, Razo, Greddy, TWM, a bunch! do a google search! But Skunk 2 comes with a 10x1.5 thread pitch so it works

yep ... they have tons of them.

I believe Blox and Skunk2 have the heaviest shifters that I've heard of ... weighing in at 440 grams

because with a heavier shifter it goes into gear almost by itself and faster
