Revo Short shifter? good bad? your thoughts
Consider the B&M too. I went back in forth and finally installed it two days ago. Very nice, high qualiity piece. Freakishly expensive for what it is, but getting the bushings for the Revo adds 20 bucks or so to make it closer.
The B&M comes with the 4 bushings and replaces some of the plastic pieces in the stock assembly with aluminum and steel. It is exactly the same length as stock - which it pretty much needs to be with the armrest. Shift throw is much shorter, just a little wrist movement. The whole things feels much more precise than stock.
Never used the Revo, but I can vouch for the quality of the B&M.

i like mine was my second mod. with kapyoda bushings. didn't tell much of a diffrence with my old tranny till i put a another one on with 5k miles on it now the shift feels better and shorter than the old one. you won't be dissappionted with this mod. GET IT?

i guess its all about personal pref. i personally like the shortness of the shifter and that you can set it from 0 to 40% of stock throw. Either way you go, you need to get a short shifter just to find out what your missing

just got my revo from truehonda today...am really impressed with the fast shipping...im in the armed forces and live all the way in germany...they got it to me in a week! install was easier than i thought, only have a couple concerns right now...still, shifting is smooth and shorter than i thought it would be, ive never had a short shifter installed before. that metal clip that goes over the primary cable is a bit loose so whenever i shift, i hear the metal clinking...i wedged some paper in there to keep it quiet. also, while driving i noticed i was able to shift from any gear back to neutral without even pressing the clutch...is it normal? if not, what can be causing that...it doesnt go back to neutral easily though, kinda have to apply a little pressure. just wondering whats causing that, hope its nothing big. any help would be great.

for the metal clip that goes over the primary cable, you can buy grey's kit. i have the same problem and I ordered his kit like last week, it should be here soon.. as for shifting without pressing the clutch I dont know about that, but it happened to me once, so I'm wondering the same thing, is it normal?
hope that helps
