Intake question

Ok well i have a CAI on my 01 ex. And i was just wondering if its normal for the top of the pipe to be rubbing againts my CF hood. And if i were to place a TB spacer on my car what would i do to eliminate the contact of hood and intake. Thanks in advance for the input.

you can trim the bottom of the intake pipe so it sits lower.
