Neuspeed Upper Rear Strut Bars
Neuspeed originated the Rear Tie-bar concept to tie in the rear part of the tub. The Neuspeed bars for Acura and Honda are strong and light-weight, and feature a heliarc-welded steel mount twin-bolt design that will not twist of flex. The cross bar is made from specially heat-treated 6061 T-6 aluminum and is available in either a baked powder coat gloss black finish or a mirror-like polish, depending on the application. The VW bar(s) was in testing and development for over a year on various street and race vehicles, being fine-tuned to perfection. Neuspeed upper rear tie-bars are easy to install. The main cross-bar spans the rear shock towers, ties in the floor pan, and then triangualtes to the bumper bolts with an adjustable ball-joint bar. Neuspeed bars minimize understeer due to less chassis flex and improves stability during corner braking.

Does this mean the neuspeed part no. 80.20.77 (rear upper strut) can fit? Has anyone tried?

the only ones you can find are the ones that are adjustable. they dont work nearly as well as the ones that are 1 solid piece construction. Which is why i wish neuspeed would make a rear for our cars.

well, compared to many of the posters on this thread, I'm old school....
basically, that looks to be the Si/RSX rear bar.... note how it's situated. In the ES/EM, it's lower.... and right on the frame of the car.... so basically, a rear bar isnt too helpful.... and that is why Neuspeed never made one (as I was told in an e-mail a few years back). Unless they made a solid bar for the rear, most e-bay bars work (Megan Racing, AC AutoTechnic)
