So went and did the EX convestion and had a cat put in where the resonator was on the DP. Well I drove it for one day and it burned up the cat. So i am going to just keep my stock header. Does anyone know if the Tanable Extension has the flangs and hanger on it? Thanks.

I really really want to do the conversion on my VP so that I can put the apex ws2 on my car....the way I understand, if you use the EX header and stock downpipe, you can bolt up any cat you want to it. BUT- I heard you need to use the EX front swaybar. As far as the extension pipe goes, I wouldnt know....I dont think theres 1 member on here who has used it.

Yes the Tanabe Extension has flanges and hangers. It's direct bolt on.

I finally got a hold of someone at Tanabe and they said the pipe is 60mm (2.37 inches) does that sound right??
