Rep Power: 0 *disconnect negative terminal on battery for about a minute
*reconnect and start the car, DO NOT rev, let the car sit at idle for about 5 minutes
*turn car off, wait a couple of minutes
*start car and let it sit at idle again for about 5 minutes
*turn car off, wait a couple of minutes
*start car and drive

Rep Power: 0 another solution i've read, was instead of undoing hte battery, just remove the fuse for the FI ECU from the main fuse box under the hood, and follow that time bit, 5-10 mins running, no gas, etc.. should work fine and you won't have to reset anything else

Rep Power: 0 Possibly your valves.. I haven't heard the Injen intake yet.. could be somthing'stouching the pipe and vibrating.. could be alot of things.
But yeah you MUST reset your ECU or your engine might be running a big lean on fuel.. which is not a good thing.
Cheers
